Britain’s Got Talent winner George Sampson makes an emotional return to the show tonight, after being told he would never dance again.
Doctors have apparently warned him not to dance any more as it could damage him since although being active is common for sufferers, his style of dancing is "torso-twisting" so they dont think its a good idea. He had performed in Series 1 of Britain's Got Talent, dancing to 'Drop' by Timbaland, however he did not advance to the semi-finals.
