I never had issues with videos looking worse on Udemy … I have been advising … Most of my videos are screencast of programming lectures so claity of the video quality is a must. When I export the edited video from iMovie, I feel that 4K quality looks best. I may be wrong, but I would wait until you publish the course to see if it makes a difference. It is possible that the video looks blurry for now but will look better once the course is published. But the file sizes of 4K videos are too huge.
